Strategic Thinking on the Transformation and Updating of Construction Companies

摘要

In recent years, the construction companies in China have made remarkable achievements, and the completion of a large number of difficult construction projects highlights their overall strength. However, studies show that, from both industry and business level, there are still some inevitable problems in domestic construction industry. It is imperative to change the mode of economic development of construction and adjust the economic structure to promote the development of the whole national economy. This paper is intended to analyze the existing problems of economic structure in construction companies under the notion of low-carbon in China, to demonstrate the relationship between technical innovation, resource conservation, environment protection, and the mode transfer and structure adjustment in construction companies, to discuss the coupling between technique progress in related industries and the mode transformation and structure adjustment in construction industry. This paper strategically gives countermeasures and suggestions on economic development mode alteration and economic structure adjustment in construction companies.
