HLM in the Study of Humanistic Quality Education

摘要

This paper discusses the reasons of the difference of students' humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges in BeiJing.The research is based on Hierarchical Linear Models (HLM). And then we make a quantitative analysis of the factors from both individual level and school level which affect the humanistic quality of the higher vocational students. At last, some suggestions are proposed on how to improve the students' humanistic quality according to the research results.
