Process of electron microscopy research is rather labour-consuming and difficult, first of all, because of difficulties of preparation. Presence of the gradient structures in powder and a massive specimen considerably complicates a problem of preparation as various sites of a specimen is not electropolished identically. These are differences from each other modes and speeds. Besides it there is a uncertainty of identification of a researched layer of specimen structure, prepared for viewing. Is problematic to tell on what depth from surface of specimen it is. The problem becomes complicated except for that and that the gradient is directed as well in parallel surface owing to heterogeneity of beam energy concentrated streams. The saved up material of researches of gradient structures Cu (Cr, Si,Mn)-Powder and traditional steels and W-Co-Alloys received owing to superficial updating by influence energy concentrated streams allows to give recommendations on rational preparation of similar samples from composite and compact materials and techniques of such researches.
