摘要

To improve the tension control precision of a prismatic lithium-ion battery, the dynamic model of the winding control system was established. Then, a feed-forward control algorithm based on the winding variable speed model and a feedback control algorithm based on the PD control and the winding radius compensation were introduced into the tension control system. Experimental results showed that the control algorithm efficiently reduced the electrode tension's fluctuation error, reduced the cell's winding deformation's rate and greatly improved battery's winding quality.
