摘要

In the solidification process of ductile iron casting there is a long solid and liquid mixed state period because of the paste solidification. With the solidification developing, the solid particles move while the liquid is flowing.Based on the convective dispersion equation, this paper describes the movement law of the solid particles in the solidification period of ductile iron casting, and gives a more accurate simulation of the temperature field and the solid fractional field of the solidification period on the base of the numerical simulation of three-dimensional solidification of ductile iron.
