PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable extremely accurate simulation result to be obtained in substantially the same time as that required by conventional simulation. SOLUTION: A macro area constituted of a plurality of voxels is set on the area to become the object of the simulation, while a micro area constituted of a plurality of voxels smaller than the voxel constituting the macro area is set on a part of the area to become the object of the simulation (process 1), on the basis of the initial condition given to the macro area, the solidification process of the molten substance in the macro area is calculated (process 2, 3), on the basis of the calculation result of the solidification process, the initial condition to be given to the micro area is calculated (process 4), and on the basis of the initial condition calculated, the solidification process of the molten substance in the micro area is calculated (process 5, 6).
