Telelearning at work can therefore only work and operate when all the necessary frame-conditions will be at our disposal.This includes a seperate 'room for learning' in which the employees will be able to work undisturbed within their ,,non-working hours'. Another possibility would be to arrange fixed hours, in which the employee is unreachable for everybody.The office should be locked and the telephone diverted. This arrangement, however, would be against the flexible organization of time, one of the most important facts and advantages of telelearning. Moreover telelearninig units could by companies only be booked for those employees who have already basic knowledge and will need an improvement. Due to this fact the hours necessary for this learning process, would decrease.
