Personalised and Contextualised Content Delivery for Mobile Users

This paper addresses the issue of delivering information to mobile users, when it is needed, where it is needed and in a form relevant to the individual users technological context. We consider access issues and means by which these can be overcome. This paper considers two broad categories of mobile user those that move through a physical environment and those that move through a virtual environment. We provide examples of personalisation within these two arenas.
