As e-Commerce becomes entrenched as a means of doing business several issues need investigation. In order to understand the electronic markets' innermost workings, the study reports on some of the factors that contribute to an organization's success in e-Commerce ventures. The authors reviewed various literature reporting on e-Commerce usage. Content analysis was subsequently used to identify common themes that have a bearing on success. This paper will attempt to study the importance of the success factors identified, in order to enhance successful adaptations and new interpretations of longstanding issues that senior managers face with Internet Commerce.
