PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the development of a commercial transaction by establishing a settlement method improved in safety and convenience and much more smoothly and speedily performing the commercial transaction.;SOLUTION: The theoretical structure is required for constructing a system improved smoothness and safety by basically changing a conventional commercial transaction settlement method holding considerable problems in safety and convenience. That is a theoretical structure for performing the commercial transaction with a user, shop or company through information exchange communication on the internet. By adding the advanced exchange of information on the internet and confirmation work with human eyes, the safety of commercial transaction settlement is remarkably improved.
