摘要

East open pit mine stripping semi-continuous process system has been put into use,but the existing blasting technology hardly meets the need of fully mobile crushing station's semi-continuous process system and complete construction equipment for the blasting rock lumpiness and the security.As a result,optimization of blasting scheme supporting semicontinuous mining process is proposed and different blasting schemes are invested for research.Results suggest that by optimizing blasting initiation network,adjusting the charging structure,using pre-split blasting and other comprehensive blasting technology,it can effectively reduce the blasting rock lumpiness as well as the pre-shoot and the backward-turning distance of the blasting rock,eliminating security risks during deep hole blasting and making MMD fully mobile crushing station's semicontinuous process system working efficiently in East open pit.
