The article is devoted to the study of an adaptive hydraulic drive of technological machines in which two working movements are performed. By the examples of tunnel and drilling machines the analysis of known circuit solutions of such hydraulic drive is carried out. The structural schemes of a hydraulic drive of machines in which the self-regulation for optimum operating conditions is carried out are investigated. The description of the principle of adaptive control of two working movements of the executive bodies of this machine is made by the example of a mountain loading machine with a hydraulic drive. Their technological connection and possibilities of the adaptive hydraulic drive are shown. The possibility of controlling the machine with feedback through kinematic links is shown. By increasing the load on the loading body, automatically decreases the speed of the body of the machine which leads to a decrease in the load on the loading body and stabilize the machine. The examples of other adaptive machines are given. These and other adaptive machines with hydraulic differentials have identical structure of the automated hydraulic drive. The generalized structure of these machines is presented and analyzed and the technique of their research is offered.
