The Silver nanoparticles with high stability and fine sizes were prepared by wet microwave irradiation with a mixture of silver nitrate, ethanol and a copolymer. The copolymer acts both as a stabilizer and a reducing agent. An observation followed by the effect of concentration on the physical properties of silver nanoparticles. The confirmation of the formation of the silver nanoparticles has been done by several analyzes such as UV - Vis spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) and X'Ray Diffraction (XRD). The range of 405-425 nm of the UV-Vis spectra of the surface plasmon resonances (SPR) are marked by the characteristic absorption band. When analyzing the SEM and TEM images, the silver nanoparticles were spherical shape and nanosize diameter of about 15 nm. An increase in gap energy was observed during the increase in concentration of silver nitrate.
