This essay discusses the methods of combining the employee performance assessment with the organizational performance under the mandatory distribution method. In classifying the result applications and different related factors between employee, performance and organizational performance, we have confirmed nine formulas of how employee appraisal associates with organizational performance. By establishing nonlinear patterns, using T Company as a practical case, the essay uses mathematic method to Figure out the best options for company T to associate its employee performance with their organizational performance. This analysis method will be applicable when choosing different floating mandatory distribution method in different situations.
