Research progress and trend of leader member exchange based on social complex network and latent dirichlet allocation topic model

摘要

To better understand the research progress and trend of leader member exchange in economic and management field, we perform a measure research using social complex network and latent dirichlet allocation topic model. Results indicate that the research power in this field presents an uneven distribution pattern; USA is the unchallenged leader in this field. The knowledge base mainly includes three categories: the influence results and mechanism of the leader member exchange, structural equation modeling, and meta-analysis tests; the research hot topics are leadership styles and employee work attitudes, behavior and performance.
