Scope of E-Management of Educational Processes for Academic Excellence

E-management has gained success and popularity in its functional viability and qualitative prominence now a day. As its accomplishments were not found to be at par in all extents of functioning, therefore it was reasonable to examine stakeholders’ perspective upon the applicative paybacks of E-management in educational institutions striving towards excellence. In order to extract a holistic insight of the situation four facets of E-management of educational processes viz. admission procedure, scholastic processes, co-scholastic aspects and examination system were taken as independent variables of the study.A tool containing 20 close ended items on 5 point Likert scale was constructed, duly standardized and administered upon a sample of 40 scholars from the Amity University Uttar Pradesh. Upon analysis on percentile scale the outcome strongly favored that e-management mechanism derives positive outcomes in terms of acceptance and satisfaction of stakeholders. Overall 56.5% respondents were ‘Strongly agree’ and 37.5% ‘Agree’ with the success of E-management of educational institutions. This is a huge mandate which has direct influence upon the optimum outcome in terms of academic performance.
