摘要

In this paper, the design research of 11 kW a Non-uniform Air-gap Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(NA-PMSM). Firstly, RMxprt equivalent magnetic circuit method in ANSYS was used for the preliminary electromagnetic design of the motor, and then the two-dimensional transient field model of the motor was built by using the finite element method to further analyze the no-load reverse electric potential and load torque of the motor. At the same time, the air-gap magnetic density waveform and torque-power angle curve were tested to verify the feasibility of the electromagnetic design scheme and achieve the expected effect.
