Experimental Study on the Effect of Non-verbal Communication on Cross-cultural Conflict Resolution -- An Integrated Model under Different Dimensions of Non-verbal Communication

摘要

Nonverbal elements are a particularly important mode of communications in cross-cultural environment. In the experiment, 40 German students and 80 Chinese students composed 2-person communication groups. The results indicate that these non-verbal elements influence interpersonal interaction and finally influence cross-cultural conflict resolution. Different non-verbal communication dimension produce an effect through different mechanism.
