In order to inquire into the influencing factor of Guangdong Province's four regional economy coordinated development, this article has selected Guangdong Province 2000-2009 altogether 10 years Panel data, carrying on the empirical analysis. The analysis discovers: First, in Guangdong Province, the total of imports and exports is the most obvious to the influence of inter-regional coordination, the local economy may raise nearly four percentage points while the opening to the outside world degree raises a percentage point every time; Second, the government consumption expenditure hold the second influence, the local economy may raise two percentage points while the government consumption expenditure reduces a percentage point every time; Third, Guangdong's investment in the fixed assets presents the invalid investment, which has had negative influence to the economy. And it will put forward the feasible proposal in the end of this article.
