Analysis on Impacting Factors of Housing Supply and Demand Structure Based on Degree of Grey Incidence

Supply and demand structure of housing market is a complicated system which is affected by many factors. The result of these factors' function determines developing trend of housing supply and demand structure. But important and influencing degrees of these factors are different. The paper studies impacting factors of housing supply and demand structure with degree of grey incidence, and rank degree of grey incidence of each factors. The result shows that economic level, per capita floor space of buildings in urban area, housing cost and selling price are key factors which affect housing supply and demand structure.
