Collaborative Working Mechanism for Omni-directional Cost Management Based on Partnering

摘要

This study seeks to solve the inconsistency and application obstacles, which exist among every construction cost management system. It explores the Omni-directional cost management through a collaborative working mechanism on the basis of Partnering theory. After discussing the necessity and implication of the collaborative working mechanism, the paper analyzes the process of achieving collaborative working. A performance appraisal method of collaborative work mechanism is put forward and finally it concludes that the collaborative working mechanism will be an effective tool to realize all around cost management.
