'Human-oriented' Principle and Development of Property Management Industry

摘要

This paper presents the development and gradual improvement of property management industry is closely related to the "human-oriented" ideas based on reviewing briefly the origin and development of the property management industry. And proposes the "human-oriented" is a basically main clue and a basic principle of implementing property management. And also the "human-oriented" principle is divided into further two aspects, one is an "owners -oriented" principle and the other a "staff -oriented". In China, property management should adhere to the important principle of "human-oriented" so that the industry helps building a harmonious society.
