SGCA - A Software to Manage Competences

摘要

The constant changes in social, economic and political scenario have required tightly organizations response time and ability to reconfigure its resources to remain competitive. In this context, this article aims at presenting a proposal for a competence management strategy through the use of a corporate competence management model developed for Downstream Sector of the Brazilian Petroleum Company - PETROBRAS. Besides, this article present a computational software (SGCA) based on this model which supports the Competence Management Process ensuring the adequacy of the actual and the development of technical knowledge, always keeping aligned with the PETROBRAS"s strategies.
