摘要

The key element of economic transformation and upgrading is related to human resource, especially high-level enterprise professionals. Therefore, priority on the development of enterprise talents has been an important effect to promote economic restructuring and upgrading. In this paper, we used large-scale survey data to analysis the City of Shaoxing's status of the development of enterprise talents, inquire into nine questions such as the business knowledge on the priority development of enterprise talents, the challenges of priority development of talents, the cause of brain drain and talents' job satisfaction. Finally, we proposed the establishment of the government, enterprises, market, society, "Four in One" talent priority development model.
