#x201C;Visual#x201D; design of matching networks for MMICs

摘要

A new interactive “visual” design procedure for MMIC matching networks is proposed. The procedure is implemented in CAD tool and provides the exact, fast and convenient design of MMIC’s accounting for element losses and parasitics. An example of designing MMIC matching network is demonstrated.
