摘要

A possible scenario of forming (secondary-emission multiplication and charge storage) of an electron flow on the edge of anode voltage pulse in the cold-cathode magnetrons is considered. A role of electromagnetic fields of low-voltage spurious modes is shown and influence of these modes to secondary-emission multiplication on edge of anode voltage pulse is made more exact. In this paper a qualitative analysis of multiplication and charge storage processes on edge of the anode voltage pulse in the cold-cathode magnetrons is considered. An influence of excited low-voltage spurious modes into the mechanism of increasing of space charge up to a moment of establishing of main mode (π - mode) is investigated.
