PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an anode panel for a cold- cathode field electron emission display panel, which can form an anode as flat as possible.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the anode panel comprises: a step (A), where partitions 21 are formed on an substrate 20; a step (B), where fluorescent substance forming layers 22R', 22G', and 22B' made of resin and fluorescent substance particles are formed at spaces between a pair of the partitions 21 respectively; a step (C), where an anode 25 made of a metal thin- film is formed over the partitions and the fluorescent substance forming layers; and a step (D), where the resin as a component of the fluorescent substance forming layers is removed by heat treatment, for fluorescent substance layers 22R, 22G and 22B to be formed at spaces between the pair of the partitions 21 on the substrate respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
