How to build a standard system of community care service for elderly? A research based on the condition of China

摘要

Facing the challenges of aging, Chinese government is actively exploring the development mode of elderly service system. The main problem of Chinese elderly service system is lacking of standards, the international elderly service standards and Chinese elderly service standards both have not release a standard of community care service system for the aged yet, that resulting in a lack of scientific and completed service providing standard; a lack of community care service evaluation system and a lack of measurement of the service quality. This paper used literature review, indicator construction as the main methodologies to research tree aspects: the definition of community care service for elderly; preliminary construct the frame of community care service system for elderly; develop an evaluation system of community care services for elderly.
