Aiming at the problem of slow response and large overshoot in the startup phase of brushless DC motor (BLDCM), this paper designs the human simulated intelligent controller of BLDCM, and proposes an error phase plane division method based on nine-point control theory to solve the problems of complex and difficult to set parameters in the human simulated intelligent control. The number of control parameters and threshold parameters are reduced effectively, and use the genetic algorithm to adjust the controller parameters. Comparing the simulation experiments with the traditional PID control and human simulated intelligent control system. The results show that the BLDCM control system based on improved human simulated intelligent control has fast response speed and small overshoot in the startup phase, and has strong robustness in the stage of sudden load increase.
