摘要

The NC machine tool is a complex system. It requires not only the real-time and accuracy of the diagnosis, but also demands maintenance according to the needed. In view of this problem, a fault diagnosis method based on the classification framework is proposed in this paper. The warning level is determined in the method, and the next maintain is implemented based on warning level. When the level is 4, the maintenance is demanded to stop work immediately. If the level is 2~3, the machine continues to work, while the fault will be positioned through the intelligent algorithm of fault diagnosis. The method ensures the accuracy of fault diagnosis; at the same time it achieves the required maintenance as far as possible to reduce downtime. Then the work efficiency of machine tool is improved.
