For hydraulic-mechanical transmission system of tracked vehicle, it is very difficult to acquire the inner state characteristics result from the complex structure, changeable working conditions and severe coupling functions. In this paper, a co-simulation framework for mechanical-hydraulic-control coupling is constructed, RecurDyn and AMESim simulation platform are used to establish the mechanical transmission and hydraulic control simulation model respectively, and then a virtual experimental platform with co-simulation model is constructed based on the software interface. The reliability of the hydraulic mechanical transmission system is proved by bench test and the working coupled characteristics during start-up, shift and steering are analyzed. The simulation results show that the established virtual experiment platform could simulate the working characteristics under various working conditions and obtain the inner state parameters of key parts efficiently.
