This paper focuses on the problem of reachable set estimation for a class of nonlinear systems with time- varying delay and disturbance input. By using a method developed in positive systems, we establish a necessary and sufficient condition such that all the solutions of the system converge asymptotically within a specific ball. The convergence speed is also explicitly estimated. The approach used in this paper is different from the usual Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method. A numerical example is given to illustrate the main result.
