Magnetic levitation train is a kind of high speed trains which is based on magnetic field changing for making a turn. Magnetic york is the key part for the magnetic levitation train. The york part works with an electrical coil, thus leads the direction changing. This paper presents a method to control deformation of the magnetic york during manufacturing process. We make use of MEMS sensing technology for stable and reliable posture surveillance. The manufacturing method is based on special cutting tools, cutting parameters and cutting fluid. To release the stress, it is divided into four steps. To validate this method, some tests are carried out. Through the analysis and tests, some experience in the processing of soft magnetic steel has been obtained.
