As a new type of transmission, two-tooth difference rolling movable transmission has the characteristics of large transmission ratio range, compact structure, stable transmission and high transmission efficiency, which has a very broad application prospect. The transmission principle and characteristics are expounded by analyzing the structure of the transmission. Based on the theory of kinematical pair, the instantaneous equivalent mechanism is obtained, and the analysis of the profile curve of the two-tooth difference rolling movable teeth transmission is completed. Using SolidWorks software for virtual modeling and assembly, the virtual model of two-tooth difference rolling movable teeth transmission is established, which lays a necessary foundation for the next step of dynamic analysis and performance simulation.
