摘要

0.8 - 1.1 μm range broadband light source is needed for food and medical sensing applications. Several types of chirped quantum well structures were prepared by metal organic vapor epitaxy. In this paper, the emission spectra of PL and EL were compared and effect of stacking order was experimentally investigated.
