摘要

Purpose-the purpose of the study is to enhance fidelity and immersion of man-machine interaction in equipment virtual maintenance system and further improve the training effect and efficiency. Method-some virtual reality technologies such as the 3D modeling and scene simulating are adopted to conduct modeling and simulating toward the equipment compositions, structure, principles and maintenance process. Result-the constructed virtual maintenance system of a certain type of equipment is characteristic of higher fidelity of man-machine interface, better man-machine interaction and stronger immersion of operators. Conclusion-the system enriches and perfects the training methods and means of the complex equipment maintenance in grassroots level, and accumulates experience for the construction of equipment support resources, effectively promotes the rapid generation of maintenance support capability in grassroots units.
