Immediate sharing and responses on Blogs and Micro-Blogs have changed people’s online interactions. The freedom of expression and data acquisition has derived various behavioral conflicts and problems related to internet ethics.Information ethics education can develop the information usage criteria and regulation of users.Problem-based learning (PBL) is the most proper measure in the course. The instruction by questions and responses will enhance the students’ cognition of knowledge.Moreover, the introduction of technology will effectively enhance the interaction of PBL. Therefore, this study focuses on information ethics course in junior high schools, analyzes Micro-Blogs and Blogs upon PBL and traditional instruction, and explores the effects of different learning platforms on learning effectiveness.
