摘要

Study process of internal marketing theory is summarized briefly in this paper. All benefits employee acquired from enterprise and his competence are scanned from the angle of internal marketing's function, and call them enterprise's human resource product and employee human resource product respectively. Enterprise's human resource product and employee human resource product are analyzed by consumer value system theory, product mix theory, brand theory and new product development theory in product theory of marketing management.
