Researches on Incentives of Bank Governance Based on Double Tasks

摘要

The governance of bank belongs to corporation governance, but there are some different characteristics of bank governance. The paper analyze how the government regulators who are principal choose and implement the governance of bank based on double tasks under complete and incomplete information. The conclusion is that the best choice of principal and agency implement efforts of both tasks under complete information. On the contrary, the principal will induces a pair of high efforts under moral hazard less than under complete information.
