Empirical Research on Early-warning Value of Electricity Corporations' Liability Scales in China

Under present market environment, the research on financial early-warning value is practically significant. Because every economic decision made by stakeholders will be closely associated with the status of the corporations' finance. If many financial crises of corporations could be forecasted in advance, the stakeholders are able to avoid many major losses, even get some profit from them. In a similar way, in the more and more competitive power market, managers of electricity corporations should also pay more attention to early-warning value.
