摘要

In project management dynamic alliance is a kind of advanced organization model. In order to provide theory reference to reduce harmony cost, increase holistic profit and control the project risk restraining mechanism to covert dishonest virtual behavior in project management was established in the paper. The principal-agent theory was used. The model of restraining mechanism to covert dishonest behavior was built. According to the model the mechanism to restrain covert dishonest behavior was brought forward. The deduced conclusion was that building an honest system, using group decision-making model, increasing game stage, increasing payment proportion to the latter stage and intensifying surveillance are valid ways to build up restraining mechanism to covert dishonest virtual behavior.
