An Empirical Analysis on Impacts of FDI upon Concentration Degree of China's Auto Market Structure

With a history of 55 years of development, China’s auto-industry concentration degree was high before FDI entered. The situation changed as FDI flew to auto-industry and the market structure was affected greatly. The author of this article focuses on the analysis of the related conditions between FDI and the concentration degree of China’s auto-industry market structure through econometric analysis of the Granger relation between FDI and the market structure concentration in order to release the actual impacts of FDI upon China’s auto-industrial market structure.
