摘要

Testing accelerometers with the use of centrifuges, vibration and shock tables is complicated and expensive process demanding much time inputs for its performing. For this reason in conditions of a batch production of accelerometers it is impossible to provide performing the bench tests to determine linearity of the output characteristic, vibration and shock resistance and also to take amplitude-frequency response (AFR) of all producing devices. The technique and set of test equipment were developed. This equipment allows implementing physically a condition of elements of compensation loop and magneto-electric torquer of the device, corresponding to a mode of measuring high-g accelerations, by means of injection of test signals into compensation (or servo) loop of accelerometer under test and program change of parameters of output electrical circuit of the device. At the same time the nonlinearity can be determined of accelerometer output characteristic and factors of accelerometer error model what allows providing its algorithmic compensation during a flight. Moreover the method is considered that allows to estimate vibration resistance in both mode of measuring high-g linear acceleration and in mode of measuring complex effect of linear acceleration, vibration and shock as well as accelerometer amplitude-frequency characteristic.
