Numerical Treatment of the Rotor/Stator Interaction Problem in Unstructured Grids

A method to address the problem of the rotor/stator interaction on an edge-base solver is presented. The implementation of the phase-lagged boundary conditions and a new globally conservative discretization of the sliding plane is discussed in detail. The results corresponding to some realistic applications are presented.
