The Industry Leadership Development (ILD) department at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) has begun an extensive effort to redesign and refresh all of its 12 seminars offered to the nuclear utility industry. This work is an outgrowth of INPO's strategic planning process. As part of that process when examining the issues facing the nuclear industry "building and sustaining a leadership pipeline" was identified as a critical element for success today and into the future.
