Evolution Analysis of The Remote Extension of State Grid’s Dispatch Exchange

In view of the evolution needs of remote extension of power dispatch switching network of State Grid and the current dispatching situation, two alternative technology routes for remote extension of power dispatch switching network are proposed, IP extension and E1 extension, and corresponding technology and test plans are formulated and pilot verified. By comparing and analyzing the two alternative technologies, and conducting technical and experimental demonstration in terms of protocol standards, service functions, call performance, network management, network security and autonomous control, the technical and experimental demonstration provides feasibility, applicability and economic analysis for the evolution of remote extension of power dispatch switching network of State Grid Corporation.
