Research on Sports and Health Education for College Students in the Internet Era—Taking Media Integration as an Example

In recent years, the explosive development of the Internet is obvious, and college students are relying more on media products such as mobile phones and computers. With the popularity of the Internet, physical health problems of the college students also come along, and their physical health levels are not optimistic. Therefore, it is urgent to implement sports health education. So, in the times of healthy China and national fitness, this paper takes the strengthening of students' physical health as the guidance and the promoting of sports participation as the main idea to come up with a positive innovation way of education in the era of media integration, whose propose is promoting the overall and healthy development of college students with the new sports and health education by the means of literature combing and action research and so on. The conclusions are as follows: (1) build a platform for the exchange of sports health knowledge to realize the on-line and off-line common education through the media technology; (2) making a sports campus atmosphere and form a health community; (3) making a live broadcast platform for campus to promote the sports events of school. All this can stimulate students' interest in sports and cultivate their health consciousness.
