Effective Integration of Psychological Health Education and Ideological and Political Education for College Students

At present, mental health education and ideological and political education are increasingly showing a trend of integration and interweaving, and the interaction between the two forms an organic integration, which promotes the positive interaction between mental health education and ideological and political education. Based on this, a sample survey of the psychological stress and the interest in different contents of mental health education of college students in a university in Sichuan Province was made by means of questionnaires in this study, and the confusion and psychological problems faced by college students in China and the causes were analyzed, then some suggestions on how to integrate ideological and political education with psychological education were put forward, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
