Integrated Antibody Drug Discovery: From Drug Targets to Functional Antibody Leads

Antibody drugs are emerging as major players in the therapeutic biologies realm owing to the ability to direct their specificity at druggable targets. GenScript offers a suite of services to support the major phases of therapeutic antibody drug discovery. Lead generation and selection services include traditional hybridomas and phage display for antibody libraries. Continuing into lead optimization and characterization services, we integrate our services to provide antibody sequencing, immune checkpoint assays, ADCC/CDC assays, and antibody humanization. Finally antibody production via transient expression or stable antibody cell lines prepares for further candidate testing.
