摘要

The paper takes the design of 120t railway rescue crane of Wuhan Bridge Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd. as the research object. The developing method for VR simulation based on Multigen-Vega is discussed and VR modelling technology is applied to establish the relevant kinematics models of the railway rescue crane which enabled the operator to observe a variety of movement states of railway rescue crane as if he is on the scene personally. The real-time driving and controlling of the rescue scene of virtual railway rescue crane are made. The developing step is analyzed and a method for developing Windows style simulation programs combing Microsoft Foundation Class with Vega is proposed. The crane's motion simulation and part scene of the real working circumstance digitizing and other functions are realized.
